Insurance: For Virginia: I am now In Network with CareFirst and Blue Cross Blue Shield Federal Employee Program and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.  In Florida, I am in network with Aetna.  

For Out of Network insurance, I can bill Out of Network electronically for you or I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance.  They should reimburse you directly if they approve the claim.  The fee up front will be the full rate listed above. 

How do I pay for services?

I have a secure customer portal called Jituzu that I will help you register for.  You can then submit credit card payments through this site.  I can also accept payments via PayPal.  Just ask me for an invoice.
