Insurance: For Virginia: I am In Network with CareFirst and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.  In Florida, I am in network with Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar and will be adding Florida Blue as of 12/2/2022. Pay only your copay when I am in network with your insurance.    

For Out of Network insurance, I can bill Out of Network electronically for you or I can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance.  They should reimburse you directly if they approve the claim.  The fee up front will be the full rate listed above.
