GETTING STARTED

  1. Email or call me to set up a FREE phone consultation.

  2. I will email you an invitation to join the Jituzu secure video portal and Jituzu will also send you intake forms to fill out.  You can upload these directly into your Jituzu account once completed or email them to me.  Forms can also be downloaded on this site from the "Client Forms" tab on the left.  I will need a copy of your photo ID and insurance card, if applicable.  

  3. Once your forms are filled out and you have set up an account with Jituzu, we can schedule your first video session.  

  4. Choose a location where you are comfortable and can ensure privacy and minimal distractions.  Use a WIFI connection that is secured.  

  5. Finally...start your counseling journey!
