Fall Update

As we welcome Fall 2025, I wanted to check in here on the site. I don't post often, well, really not at all. Sorry about that. I guess my age and lack of social media savvy are showing themselves. Much has happened in our country over the past few years and even days; stresses are high. I want to remind everyone that God is in control. Our lives are not our own. We need not worry about what is going on around us because He is not surprised. That is it. But, we do worry anyway, don't we? For those of you looking for counseling services, I am currently offering a free mini session to get your journey started. This will be a 30-minute video session where you can ask me questions and find out if counseling with me is a good fit for you. I am now in network with Florida Blue, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, United Healthcare, Optum and am in process becoming a certified out of network provider for Tricare East. I am still licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in both Florida and Virginia. Please reach out if you have questions or want to take advantage of the free 30-minute mini session.
